The Propel Manila mantra of “Ideas That Matter” includes championing the overlooked and innovating in areas that are important to people and communities.
In 2023, this meant: Continuing to champion mental health for all, starting with the often-overlooked mental health of leaders, so that all employees can have access to mental health resources. Continuing an easy replicable, truly open hiring system for overlooked talents; and giving these talents a platform through industry involvement. Continuing to make the world more inclusive, as we gave trans and non-binary individuals a way to finally own their lived identities, kept showing women how they matter, helped farmers reap the fruits of their labor, and continued to support academic underachievers so they could pursue a better future.
