Propel Manila’s strategy embraces the differences of people in age, identity, gender, passions, beliefs, and neurodiversity, and differences in digital approaches. This created a dynamic, adaptive, and collaborative team that drives our diverse brands forward – an everyday fashion store, fast-food chains, an e-commerce platform, kitchen condiments, and more.

This year further showed the impact that diversity has on our work. We experienced growth of 24%, achieving our highest revenues and net income to date. Our strategy has significantly benefited our clients’ enterprises as well, with Jollibee experiencing triple-digit growth at 169%, while Lazada, Uniqlo, and Chowking saw double-digit growth.

In embracing our team’s diversity, we also revisited our internal benefits and programs. We found value in supporting our teams through various learning and development initiatives, enabling them to experience more in life and create a network that has influenced their way of thinking and working.
